2. Types of data collected
During browsing and use of the site we collect the following categories of data:
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times (collected automatically).
- Data provided voluntarily: first name, last name, email address, phone number, shipping address — entered during registration or order completion.
- Payment data: payment information (card number, etc.) is handled directly by Stripe Inc. and is never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Analytics data: aggregated information on user behaviour collected via Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel (see section 5).

4. Data retention
Personal data related to orders is retained for 10 years in accordance with Italian tax obligations. User account data is retained for as long as the account is active; upon a deletion request, we will comply within 30 days. Analytics data collected via cookies is retained for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
5. Third-party analytics and marketing tools
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyse site traffic. Google Analytics collects anonymous data via cookies and transfers it to Google servers, including in the USA, in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can disable Google Analytics by installing the browser opt-out add-on. Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Facebook Pixel (Meta)
We use the Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. 6. Disclosure and dissemination of data
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with:
- Express couriers (for order delivery).
- Stripe Inc. (for payment processing).
- Google LLC and Meta Platforms (for analytics and marketing purposes, only with consent).
- Competent authorities (as required by law).
7. Your rights
Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request rectification or erasure.
- Object to processing or request restriction.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
