Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Products excluded from withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly by their nature.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on bottles of oil that have already been opened or whose seal has been broken.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to leonemaria588@gmail.com with the subject "Return request — Order #[order number]".
  2. Indicate the reason for the return (optional but helpful) and the products you wish to return.
  3. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Send the products back intact in their original packaging to the address we will provide.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

Defective or damaged products

If you have received a defective product, one damaged in transit, or one different from what you ordered:

  • Photograph the parcel and the product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Send the photos and a brief description to leonemaria588@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase. You may receive a notification from Stripe or your bank.

In the case of a partial return, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded.
