Shipping Information

Delivery times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon are generally prepared on the same day; orders placed in the afternoon are processed the next business day.

  • Italy: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
  • Europe: 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country.

The times indicated are estimates provided by the courier. Delays may occur during seasonal peaks, adverse weather conditions or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Italy

  • Orders up to € 99.99 → € 9.90
  • Orders from € 100.00 to € 199.99 → € 7.90
  • Orders from € 200.00 → Free

Europe

  • Orders up to € 99.99 → € 19.90
  • Orders from € 100.00 → € 14.90

Shipping to Europe is never free, regardless of the order amount.

Courier and tracking

Shipments are entrusted to selected express couriers (e.g. BRT, GLS, SDA). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to protect the bottles during transit. Bottles are individually wrapped and placed in reinforced boxes. In the event of damage caused by shipping, please photograph the parcel and the product and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery areas

We ship to all European Union countries. For shipments outside the EU or to territories with special customs restrictions (Switzerland, Norway, etc.), please contact us before placing your order at leonemaria588@gmail.com.

Failed delivery

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or deposit the parcel at a collection point. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's deadline, it will be returned to us and the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.
