2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the purchase of products through the website leoneolio.it (hereinafter "Site") by end consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their business, commercial, craft or professional activity).

By placing an order on the Site, the buyer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these T&C.

3. Products and availability

Products on the Site are offered subject to stock availability. Descriptions, photographs and prices are indicative and may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is no longer available, with a full refund of any amount already paid.

4. Prices

All prices on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT (22% rate unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and shown before order confirmation.

5. Order process

  1. Add products to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
  3. Select a shipping method.
  4. Complete payment via Stripe (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna or other available methods).
  5. You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided.

The sales contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe Inc., a PCI DSS certified operator. We do not store your payment card details. In the event of non-payment or a declined charge, the order will be automatically cancelled.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the limitations applicable to sealed food products that have been opened. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds page.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Arts. 128–135 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or damages resulting from the use of purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our liability is in any event limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of L'oasi dell'olio pugliese s.r.l. or third parties who have granted its use. Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorisation.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Italian law. For any disputes relating to a purchase, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to T&C

We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Site. For orders already confirmed, the T&C in force at the time of purchase continue to apply.
